Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd (NYSE: CP) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.35 per share, or C$1.40 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
