National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.735 per share, or $2.94 annualized. This is a 5.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.695.

The dividend will be payable on August 9, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
