Webster Financial Corp. (WBS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.15; 2.7% Yield

Webster Financial Corp. (NYSE: WBS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2013, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of May 2, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
