Ameriprise Financial (NYSE: AMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is a 15.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.45.

The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2013, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of May 2, 2013.
