J.C. Penney (JCP) COO Kramer Resigns
J.C. Penney Co., Inc. (NYSE: JCP) reports that on April 17th, Michael W. Kramer, Chief Operating Officer, left the company.
In connection with his departure from the Company, Mr. Kramer will receive a lump sum cash payment of $2,143,514. His restricted stock unit awards will vest in accordance with their terms.
