Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4950 per share, or $1.98 annualized. This is an 8.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.4575.

The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2013, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of April 25, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
