City Holding Co (CHCO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.7% to $0.37; 3.7% Yield

City Holding Co (NASDAQ: CHCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized. This is a 5.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2013, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of April 11, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
