Third of Lululemon (LULU) Customers Less Likely to Buy

A third of Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) customers are less likely to buy Lululemon products following the recent 'sheer' yoga pants debacle, according a survey at Macquarie.

While the sample size was small at only 41 customers, each of the customers were consistent shoppers and owned approximately 3 items of LULU clothing. A third of respondents also said they were more likely to buy competing products because of Lululemon's quality issues.

Macquarie today maintained a Neutral rating on Lululemon Athletica Inc. but cut its price target to $62.00 (from $67.00)
