Goldman Sachs resumes coverage on HCP (NYSE: HCP) with a Neutral rating and $53 price target.
"Our model forecasts 70% AFFO growth through 2018 (slightly below our coverage universe average)," the analyst said. "Our AFFO growth rate is 23% above our FFO growth rate as we estimate cash growth in long-term leases will exceed that of GAAP."

Shares of HCP closed at $48.49 yesterday.
