This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

52-Week High:
  • Walgreen Co. (NYSE: WAG) $45.80. Walgreen moving higher following Q213 results showing a 2 cent EPS beat amid a 2.6 percent dip in comps. For more color on the results, click here.

  • AmerisourceBergen Corp. (NYSE: ABC) high of $52.14. Walgreen and Alliance Boots entered a new, innovative, long-term partnership with AmerisourceBergen. Covered in the contract are branded and generic pharmaceutical distribution; opportunities in global supply chain; equity position for Walgreen/Alliance; and Walgreen will appoint a nominee to AmerisourceBergen's board.

  • Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) high of $100.63. Charter ratcheting it up a few more notches today following the announcement that Liberty Media (Nasdaq: LMCA) would make a large investment in the company. For more color on the deal, click here. Share rose 11.7 percent over the last two sessions.

  • KB Home (NYSE: KBH) high of $21.44. KB Home getting a little boost as Raymond James upgraded the company to Outperform from its prior rating of Market Perform.
52-Week Low:
  • Affymax, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFY) low of $1.02. Affymax said it would be trimming jobs and potential filing for bankruptcy protection following the recall of OMONTYS in February. For more on the announcement, click here.

  • Harvest Natural Resources (NYSE: HNR) low of $2.91. Harvest filed to delay its annual 10-K submission this morning. In part, the company said, "We anticipate that our results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2012 will reflect a net loss attributable to Harvest of approximately $9.6 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, compared with net income attributable to Harvest of $51.8 million, or $1.32 diluted earnings per share, for the year ended December 31, 2011. The decrease in earnings attributable to Harvest of $61.4 million was due primarily to a decrease in net income from discontinued operations of $99.3 million, primarily resulting from the sale of our Utah assets, offset by a decrease in net operating expenses and other expenses of $37.9 million. In addition, due to our liquidity position, our auditors have informed us that their opinion will include a going concern qualification."

  • Central European Distribution (Nasdaq: CEDC) low of $0.24. Central European Distribution also expects to file its 10-K late and sees a write down of $400 million or more. For more from the SEC filing, click here
