Toro Co. (NYSE: TTC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
