Universal Health Realty Income Trust (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share, or $2.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
