Aviall Inc. (NYSE: AVL) 24.6% HIGHER; Entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA) for $48 per share in cash, or $1.7 billion plus the assumption of approximately $350 million of debt.

ProQuest Company (NYSE: PQE) 20.8% LOWER; On Friday, the Company announced preliminary findings from its ongoing accounting review and provided 2006 revenue and EBIT guidance. Preliminarily, the company expects to restate earnings from continuing operations by reducing previously reported pre-tax earnings by a total of $35 million to $45 million for the first three quarters of 2005 and by $45 million to $55 million for the full year 2004.

Leading Brands Inc. (Nasdaq: LBIX) 20.4% HIGHER; Stock up today on no significant news. The company has been on our momentum movers list several times in the past few months.

ARAMARK Corporation (NYSE: RMK) 19.9% HIGHER; Board of Directors has received a proposal from a group of investors led by Joseph Neubauer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the Company for $32 per share in cash.

Sea Containers Ltd. (NYSE: SCR.A) 18.1% LOWER; Company delays 10-K Filing, anticipates audit report will include an explanatory paragraph raising substantial doubt about Sea Containers' ability to continue as a going concern related. Sea Containers also announced it was not in compliance with certain financial covenants and other requirements in various credit facilities. The Company's failure to comply with these financial covenants and other requirements constitutes an event of default under some
of its credit facilities.

Dawson Geophysical Co. (Nasdaq: DWSN) 17% HIGHER; Company reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, 16 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $40.04 million vs. $37.1 million consensus.

Natural Alternatives International Inc. (Nasdaq: NAII) 16.8% HIGHER; The Company reported that Q3 Net income increased 124% to $621,000 or $0.09 per diluted share. Third quarter net sales increased 4% to $23.3 million.

AGCO Corp. (NYSE: AG) 14.15% HIGHER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.19, 8 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $1.17 billion versus the consensus of $1.14 billion.

Gevity HR Inc. (Nasdaq: GVHR) 13.6% HIGHER; Company reports Q1 EPS of $0.30, versus the consensus of $0.31. Revenues came in at $169.7 million versus the consensus of $163.8 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.35-$0.37 versus the consensus of $0.34. Sees Q2 revs of $162-$172 million versus the consensus of $160.3 million.

Anadys Pharma (Nasdaq: ANDS) 11.7% LOWER; ThinkEquity downgrades ANDS from Accumulate to Sell with an $8 price target.

Laserscope (Nasdaq: LSCP) 10.6% LOWER; Reports Q1 results. Total revenues grew 14% to $32.0 million. Diluted EPS of $0.12 (includes expense of $0.6 million pre-tax or $0.02 per share for stock based compensation expense)
