Myers Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MYE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
