Old Republic International (ORI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.4% to $0.18; 6% Yield

Old Republic International (NYSE: ORI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 1.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1775.

The dividend will be payable on March 21, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
