Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 16.7% to $0.21; 3.1% Yield

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
