GNC Holdings (NYSE: GNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 36.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.
The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
The Company's Board of Directors has authorized a program to repurchase up to an aggregate $250 million of the Company's common stock over the next twelve months.
