Waste Management (NYSE: WM) reported Q4 EPS of $0.57, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.43 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.38 billion.
Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.15-$2.20, versus the consensus of $2.29.
The Board of Directors has announced its intention to increase the dividend to $1.46 per share on an annual basis, at an approximate annual cost of $680 million.
