Choice Hotels Int'l (CHH) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c; Guides Q1 EPS

Choice Hotels Int'l (NYSE: CHH) reported Q4 EPS of $0.45, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $178.31 million versus the consensus estimate of $173.48 million.

Domestic system-wide revenue per available room ("RevPAR") increased 4.2% for the three months ended December 31, 2012 compared to the same period of 2011 as occupancy and average daily rates increased 120 basis points and 2.0 percent, respectively.

Choice Hotels Int'l sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.26, versus the consensus of $0.26.
