Och-Ziff Capital Management (NYSE: OZM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 26, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 19, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 28 percent.
