In an amended 13G filing on Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS), investor Daniel R Tisch disclosed a 8.14%, or 4,876,000 share, stake in the company. This is up 58.04% from the 3,085,200 shares held at January 5, 2012.

Most of the stock is being held through Delaware limited liability companies TowerView LLC and DT Four Partners, LLC.
