CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CNP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2075 per share, or $0.83 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2025.

The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
