CMS Energy Corp. (CMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.255; 4.1% Yield

CMS Energy Corp. (NYSE: CMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share, or $1.02 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.240.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
