Intervest Bancshares Corp. (NASDAQ: IBCA) saw a mini-flash crash mid-day. Shares hit a low of $4.00 intra-day but the sell-off did not trigger a circuit breaker halt. They have since recovered and are currently down 3%. Volume is already 1.6 million versus the normal full day volume of less than 30,000.
