HCP (HCP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.525; 4.5% Yield

HCP (NYSE: HCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.1 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on February 19, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 31, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
