Parker Hannifin Corp. (NYSE: PH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized. This is a 4.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2013.
