Inergy L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 5, 2013.
