Inergy Midstream (NYSE: NRGM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, or $1.56 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 5, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7 percent.
