Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.9% to $0.35; 4% Yield

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.34.

The dividend will be payable on March 20, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 4, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
