Provident Financial (PROV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 40% to $0.07; Yields 1.5%

Provident Financial Hldgs (NASDAQ: PROV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 40% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on March 5, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 11, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
