Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
