Allete, Inc. (NYSE: ALE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.475 per share, or $1.9 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.46.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
