United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX) reported Q4 EPS of $1.04, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.44 billion versus the consensus estimate of $16.64 billion.

United Technologies Corp. reaffirms FY2013 EPS of $5.85-6.15, versus the consensus of $6.04.
