Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
