First Community Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on February 22, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
