Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp (NASDAQ: PGC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 30, 2013.
