Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBTC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.115 per share, or $0.46 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
