Home Loan Servicing Solutions (NASDAQ: HLSS) declared a monthly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $1.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 11, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
