Packaging Corp. of America (PKG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.3125; 3.2% Yield

Packaging Corp. of America (NYSE: PKG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
