lululemon athletica (Nasdaq: LULU) shares are getting hit in late trading Monday following an update to fourth-quarter 2012 expectations.
The maker of higher-end athletic wear said it sees revs at the high-end of its $475 million to $480 million range based on recent comps. The number compares with the Street consensus of $489 million. EPS should be about 74 cents, in-line with consensus views.
Some might attribute the outlook as consistent with recent action by the company. In December, lululemon was hit as extended discounts caused concern.
