Northwest Natural Gas Co. (NYSE: NWN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.455 per share, or $1.82 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
