Deutsche Bank upgraded Hess Corp. (NYSE: HES) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $70.00 (from $52.00).

The firm comments, "We are upgrading Hess to BUY based on our view that the company is at a point of multiple positive operational inflections, further supported by the 2013 rally in inland crudes relative to international prices, yet remains one of the cheapest names in the group."
