The Andersons, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANDE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on January 23, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
