Rent-A-Center, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 31.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on January 24, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2012.
