Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.475 per share, or $1.9 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
