Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY) trades lower on reports from CNBC's David Faber that the company extended the deadline for a Schulze bid until the end of February. Window for bid Feb 1. through Feb. 28. Shares are down 7%.
The extension suggests to some that Schulze continues to have trouble getting together the financing to launch a "real" bid.
