Adobe Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) sees Q1 revenues of $950M-$1 billion, versus the consensus of $1.07 billion. Sees Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.26-$0.36, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.56.
Adobe sees FY13 revenues of ~$4.1 billion, versus the consensus of $4.48 billion. Sees FY13 non-GAAP EPS of $1.40, which may not compare to the consensus of $2.35.
Explaining the guidance, the company notes: "Keep in mind, the $770 million of revenues effectively transitioned from perpetual to substitution and ETLAs equate to approximately $1.20 of non-GAAP EPS."
