CapLease (LSE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.075; 5.9% Yield

CapLease (NYSE: LSE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
