  • Flextronics Int'l (Nasdaq: FLEX) - up percent. Flextronics will acquire Motorola's manufacturing operations in Tianjin, China, and will also assume the management and operation of its Jaguariuna, Brazil, facility.

  • Polycom, Inc. (Nasdaq: PLCM) - up 6.6 percent. Announced the worldwide availability of Polycom HDX Series 3.1, a software update for the Company’s popular HDX video collaboration solution for executive desktops and rooms.

  • Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX) - up 4.4 percent. Upped its revolving line of credit to $100 million while lowering the interest rate by 50 basis points.

  • Teekay Tankers Ltd. (NYSE: TNK) - up 10.2 percent. Breaking well above the $3 level today. Investors and traders might also watch the $3.50 level, where Teekay has gapped below in the past.
Crossing and below:
  • Family Dollar Stores Inc. (NYSE: FDO) - down 8.7 percent. Moving below $66.50 today as JPMorgan cut its rating on the stock to Neutral, from its prior rating of Overweight.

  • OCZ Technology (Nasdaq: OCZ) - down 6.9 percent. Shares have been range bound from $1.75 up to $2.
