CubeSmart (CUBE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 37.5% to $0.11; 3.1% Yield

CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 37.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
